Bachelor thesis deals with the financial situation of high school in 2009 - 2014. The aim of this study is to evaluate the financial situation of the school by using cost-benefit analysis and propose measures for improvement. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge, the second section contains basic information about the school and analysis of the financial situation of the school. In the third part is the evaluation of the financial situation of the school and subsequent recommendations for improving the use of financial resources.

Following work deals with evaluation of financial situation at primary school and brings some suggestions for improvement of its management. The first part considers the analysis of the financial potential at the theoretical bases and points out to the most important specifics concerning the general basis. The second part is oriented to a particular debriefing of financial aspects and factual state of concrete school. The third part includes the suggestions for improving the financing of school and strengthening the economical management activities.

The bachelor's thesis refers to the official assignment of the management of the school Na Radosti in Žďár nad Sázavou. It is a democratic school where the teaching system is based on freedom of decision and non-archiving of individuals in the community. This school is now located in various locations in the city and needs a new quality space that meets current requirements and standards. The school with a capacity of about 100 pupils should create a pleasant space for teaching and support concentration. The demarcated plot of land directly encourages the direct connection of the school with nature, which is also required by the given system of teaching, as the teaching is also distributed to the outdoor areas.

The main aim of my diploma thesis is the business plan - the establishment of kindergartens in the. A partial draft variations to funding pre-school education and then evaluate the most beneficial method of financing. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic concepts related to business in the field, together with the possibility of setting up ,null, the financing of kindergartens. In the practical part deals with specific business plan - the establishment of private kindergartens Lupínek and evaluating the best financing options , as well as to determine whether it is a viable business plan .

The bachelor thesis deals with the economy of allowance organization, which is the Elementary School and Kindergarten in Štíty. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical basis that concerns the general management of contributory organizations. The second part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of financial position of the school. After that follows the evaluation overall economic performance and proposals for improvement.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of finance situation of the selected kindergarten. The aim of this work is to evaluate finance situation of organization through cost-benefit analysis and propose a recommendation that would lead to improvement. The first part is focused on the theoretical knowledge in the nonprofit sector. In the practical part, when is presented the organization itself is solves the budget of kindergarten. The conclusion includes assessment of the financial situation of the organization and subsequent recommendations to improve the use of financial resources.

The final bachelor's thesis responds to the request of the management of the Na Radosti school in Žďár nad Sázavou to design a new building for a democratic school. Due to the unsatisfactory current situation, where the school is located in several places in the town, it needs a new suitable space corresponding to their specific requirements and needs. A democratic school is a system of teaching based on the free choice of the individual. The new school, with a capacity of approximately 100 pupils, is to create a suitable space for learning, play and sport. Thanks to the designated land, it will also offer a connection to the landscape and create a creative and learning environment within it.
